- Working Hour : Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 6pm
- Working Location: Admiralty (Transport Provided at Admiralty MRT)
- Experience in HDD / Electronics / Medical / Pharma industry is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
CQE (Customer Quality Engineer ) X2 PAX- Liaise with customers on product quality requirements and specifications
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality control plans
- Lead customer audits (QMS, process, qualification) and follow up on CAPA
- Manage customer feedback, SCAR, and non-conformance reports
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Support FA, sample submissions, PPAP/PSW documentation
- Manage change control and PCN activities
- Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement and quality initiatives
- Ensure supplier quality meets manufacturing and customer requirements
- Work closely with suppliers on quality issues and improvement actions
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain quality data/reporting
- Follow up on supplier discrepancies and incoming quality issues (SPC)
- Handle return-to-vendor (RTV) and supplier claims
- Drive cost reduction initiatives (COPQ)
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Knowledge in QMS, CAPA, RCA, audits, and quality tools
