Intern (Community), Customer Service Intern - Bukit Merah

We are looking for Intern, Community in Singapore.

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, centre operations, administrative coordination, and events management in a dynamic coworking environment. You’ll build professional skills in communication, operations management, and event support.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Welcoming members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour, and assist in responding to basic queries about our products, services, and policies
• Supporting the move-in and move-out processes for members ensuring a smooth experience
• Assisting in the day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional
• Performing administrative support such as manning the reception, answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing
• Supporting the planning and execution of community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members

Pre-requisites for this role include:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum 6 months.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
