Job Roles
- Responsible for day-to-day deployment of bus captains to meet operations needs.
- Ensure that stand-in bus captains are trained on the allocated routes and bus models.
- Ensure that daily bus assignments are uploaded timely.
- Bus duty management to minimise lost mileage.
- Prepare reports related to bus captain manpower for submission to Senior Management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.
- Undertake any other assignments by the Management.
- Candidate must possess at least GCE N’ / O’ Levels or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Possess good communication skills, have an eye for details and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Certification in WHS will be advantageous
- Prior experience in operations deployment and/or deployment would be advantageous
- Able to do shift work
