We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Assistant Product Manager to support a dynamic product team in delivering innovative pharmaceutical and diagnostic solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Product Manager in shaping product strategy, gathering insights, and defining requirements
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to guide decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, sales, supply chain, finance—to ensure timely and successful product initiatives
Assist with performance tracking, generating reports and insights for key stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, and support the planning and execution of events
Maintain comprehensive product documentation and internal knowledge bases

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedicine, Life Sciences, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostic product management
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a cross-functional team environment
