Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join their team!

Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and maintenance? This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely and effective maintenance works.

What you'll be doing?

Supervise and coordinate: Oversee facilities maintenance activities for preventive and corrective works, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Manage the team: Lead a team of technicians and technical officers for smooth operations, focusing on M&E and ACMV systems.
Liaise with sub-contractors: Coordinate with vendors on projects, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect building premises, systems, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Respond to requests: Attend to and resolve users' requests and feedback on fault issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform routine inspections: Check electrical facilities and services, maintaining proper maintenance checklists.
Assist with safety: Support the safety team with risk assessments in line with Workplace Safety and Health policies.

Who are they looking for?

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in building maintenance, M&E systems, and electrical, ACMV, chiller, and fire protection systems.
Team player: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and vendors.
Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
