☑ Join a chemical distributor as a Sales Coordinator, supporting order processing, quotations and delivery coordination in a stable 5 day role with VB, based in West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions and documents
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination or admin support
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
