Retail Operations Executive - Luxury Retail (Permanent)

Reports to: Retail Operation Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced retail or luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support day-to-day regional operations to meet annual sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including sales, inventory, and KPIs.
• Maintain and update client and sales databases to ensure accuracy and support business growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to implement activations and CRM initiatives that strengthen brand presence.

• Manage commercial documentation, including agreements, terms & conditions, and performance summaries.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and analyses to support management decisions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operational execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, commercial, or franchise operations (fashion or luxury background preferred).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or retail management systems is an advantage.
