1. Process Technician (Dicing) /Up to $3,500 @Tuas South

• Operate wafer dicing machine to cut wafers & mask alignment processes using mask aligner equipment.
• Load & unload wafers/masks, set up machine parameters i.e alignment, cutting depth, speed etc.
• Inspection of wafers & dies, monitor process performance and report any abnormalities.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Record production data, process parameters, and inspection results.
• Support process improvement and yield enhancement activities.
• ITE/Diploma in Engineering with 1 year experience in related field.
• Familiar with dicing saw & mask aligner equipment, ability to read work instructions/drawings.

1. QC Engineer /Up to $4,500 @Tuas South

• Maintain QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 standards.
• Create Work Instructions, Procedures, Process Flow charts, Control Plans & FMEA.
• Control/manage QMS documents including drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Coordinate internal ISO audits and support customer audits & certification audits.
• Monitor corrective & preventive actions and ensure comply with customer's requirements.
• Supervise QC Inspectors' daily activities & establish in-process & final inspection activities.
• Review incoming, in-process, and final inspection reports & ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor in-coming, final outgoing product yield & manage non-conforming materials/disposition.
• Establish SPC, monitor Cp & Cpk & analyze process data to identify trends/variations/improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis & corrective actions report for process-related quality issues.
• Support new process introduction and provide guidelines and training to QC Operators.
