We are expanding rapidly across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Oceania, and Europe, and are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to help us grow our global footprint through partnerships, distributor networks, and market development initiatives.
Role Overview
The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new partners and business opportunities across strategic international markets. This role combines market research, lead generation, relationship management, and partner onboarding — driving Infinity Cube’s expansion through distributor and B2B partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and regional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and represent Infinity Cube’s products to potential distributors, rental companies, and EPCs.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development & Outreach
- Identify and evaluate potential distributors, rental equipment partners, EPCs, and industrial clients across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Oceania, and Europe.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking to prioritize partnership opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and participation in exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions.
- Partnership Management
- Qualify prospects and build long-term relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Support contract discussions, distributor agreements, and commercial terms under the direction of the CEO.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach progress, partner pipeline, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine regional business strategies.
- Track and monitor partner performance post-onboarding.
- Brand & Representation
- Represent Infinity Cube at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings internationally.
- Promote the Infinity Cube brand and solutions as a leader in sustainable and intelligent power systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in international business development, industrial equipment, or energy solutions.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in BESS, power systems, or construction equipment industries is a plus.
