Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Collaborate with business units across Group Wholesale Banking to identify product development opportunities driven by client needs, competitive benchmarking, data insights, and market research.
  • Support the formulation of strategic priorities for Virtual Accounts, Sub-Accounts, Pricing & Billing, and broader cash management offerings.
  • Contribute to long-term product roadmaps that strengthen market relevance and drive sustainable growth.
  1. Product Development & Enhancement
  • Lead end-to-end product development, including business case formulation, business requirements definition, and user journey design.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work closely with Technology to ensure alignment and sign-off of Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).
  • Maintain consolidated project plans, ensuring effective tracking of issues, risks, dependencies, change requests, budget, financials, and resource planning.
  • Ensure product solutions meet regulatory, risk, operational, and compliance standards, partnering with Technology and Operations to deliver scalable, robust platforms.
  1. Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
  • Drive commercialization efforts across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Client Segments, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, operational metrics, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee pricing models, fee reviews, governance materials, and product documentation.
  • Continuously enhance product capabilities and client experience through feedback loops, analytics, and market insights.
  1. Commercialization & Client Advocacy
  • Support Sales and Relationship Managers in client engagements, pitches, solutioning discussions, and RFP responses.
  • Work with Marketing & Communications to produce client-facing materials, product brochures, and go-to-market content.
  • Drive rollout of new and enhanced solutions across overseas branches and subsidiaries.
  • Promote adoption and revenue growth through internal training, market education, and structured communication plans.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and internal governance forums to ensure strong product control, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage submissions, approvals, and prioritization for product initiatives; maintain a transparent pipeline of approved projects.
  • Collaborate across functions to address product issues, ensure operational readiness, and uphold control standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5-10 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, treasury products, or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of Account Management, Liquidity Management, Virtual Account, Pricing & Billing,
  • Familiarity with local and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong project management, business analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
