Sales Operation Coordinator (Supply Chain) - Order Processing, Incoterms

Our client is a Automotive Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Sales Operation Coordinator (Supply Chain) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal team and multiple parties such as suppliers, customers, and freight partners to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Handle daily shipment activities, including processing purchase orders, system updates, scheduling, and verifying invoices and delivery documents.
• Support supplier and customer management, monitoring order backlogs, forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and track logistics expenses to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent.
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, including Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
