Passenger Service Agent (Changi Airport | Gross Up to $3,000 | $5,000 Joining Bonus)

Location: Changi Airport
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotating shifts)
Transport: Provided for shifts ending after midnight

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Up to $2,500
Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 (with shift allowance & OT)
Joining Bonus: $5,000
AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 4 months)
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver a positive and memorable experience to all passengers
Manage check-in procedures and assist travelers upon arrival
Ensure smooth departure processes at the gate
Provide dedicated support to passengers with special needs
Deliver customer service in premium lounges
