About the Company:

They’ve just been awarded a new Condo & HDB project and are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead it.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential development.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Monitor site progress, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Lead project meetings, report progress, and address any issues or delays
Manage and mentor site/project teams.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
Experience in private or public residential, mixed development, or commercial building projects in Singapore
Familiar with local construction regulations, contracts, and safety standards
