Established in 1935, Wong Yiu Nam Medical Hall is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) provider in Singapore's Chinatown. With over 80 years of expertise, we are dedicated to offering high-quality herbs and TCM products to our community.

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations and sales of our medical hall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or sales, possess leadership capabilities, and be passionate about traditional Chinese medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Sales and Operations: Manage daily sales activities and ensure smooth operations of the medical hall.
2. Staff Management and Development: Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with HQ to ensure timely replenishment of products.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
5. Marketing and Promotions: Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales and increase brand exposure.
6. Plan and execute initiatives to develop the brand

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years in operations or sales, preferably within the retail or healthcare or TCM sector.
2. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
3. Minimum of a Diploma in any field.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
