We are expanding our dynamic Business Development team and are looking for driven Telesales to help us reach new heights!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (database provided) to potential business clients to introduce OOm’s digital marketing solutions
- Qualify leads based on client needs and set up appointments for our Business Managers
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call information
- Assist in achieving weekly/monthly appointment targets
- Represent the brand professionally and with enthusiasm in every conversation
- Any ad-hoc duties tasked by Inside Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred (Fresh grads welcome too!)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
- Able to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
- Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to work
- Comfortable working with performance targets
- Experience in B2B Calling/Media Selling/Consultative Sales/Digital Marketing would be an advantage
