Senior Legal Counsel (Semiconductor/ MNC)

Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice to management on a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Vendor registration processes
• Code of Conduct policies
• Master Agreements
• Sales and Purchase contracts and agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support internal teams by identifying legal risks and providing solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure all legal documents and processes align with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external legal advisors where necessary and manage relationships with external counsel.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Law.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within manufacturing companies or related industries.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling commercial contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Proven ability to provide sound legal guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
