?♂️ About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive key HDB residential construction projects. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading site execution, driving safety standards, and ensuring project excellence from start to finish.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth, safe, and timely project execution
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeline requirements
• Anticipate project challenges and proactively plan to resolve them before they impact cost, schedule, or quality
• Chair WSH committee meetings, conduct site inspections, and implement safety control measures
• Supervise and mentor subordinates, promoting alignment with company standards and site performance expectations
• Authorize site purchases, plant, material requisitions, and rentals
• Ensure compliance with MOM safety regulations and client requirements
• Actively participate in Risk Assessment (RA) procedures and safety briefings
• Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Administer contract changes in coordination with the contracts team
• Identify, assess, and mitigate foreseeable risks and environmental impacts
• Take action to stop unsafe work and implement corrective measures

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in HDB construction projects
• Recognized Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and site operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure
