Site Engineer

The opportunity

Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our growing team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction and maintenance of our high-quality development projects.

• Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• Monitoring and inspecting construction work to identify and resolve any issues or non-conformances
• Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including site reports, inspection records and progress updates
• Implementing and enforcing health, safety and environmental protocols to protect workers and the surrounding community
• Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team, offering solutions to complex challenges
• Assisting with the planning and scheduling of construction activities to optimise efficiency and productivity

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of ensuring safe and compliant construction practices
• Adaptable and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
