About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual to join us as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you’ll be the voice and face of our team, assisting customers, providing tailored support and ensuring every interaction is meaningful.

Ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy connecting with people and want to build long-term career skills in communication and relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat
Assist with onboarding, scheduling and general service support
Track and update customer records accurately in internal systems
Work with the team to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Gather feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction
