Operations Project Manager (Oil & Gas) | Jurong Island - Geylang

Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial projects within a highly regulated infrastructure environment. You will serve as the Operations Owner Representative, ensuring projects are designed and executed to meet safety, maintainability, and operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive seamless integration of operational requirements throughout all project phases—from concept to commissioning
• Act as the key liaison between operations and project teams to align priorities and deliverables
• Identify and manage risks to safety, operability, and reliability during project execution
• Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with operational goals
• Support resourcing, coordination, and oversight of cross-functional project activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of operations experience and 5 years leading complex capital projects ($100M+)
• Background in process-intensive industries such as energy, petrochemical, or heavy manufacturing
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-disciplinary project management skills
