Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, especially in communications, branding, or marketing roles
- Experience in the social service or non-profit sector is an added advantage
- Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, and corporate materials.
- Ensure all communications reflect the company’s tone and brand guidelines.
- Assist in preparing speeches, presentations, and executive messages.
- Support the management of media contacts and handle media inquiries.
- Help coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media performance.
- Support internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees.
- Maintain intranet content and staff communication channels.
- Assist in planning town halls and internal events.
- Help execute communication plans during crises or sensitive situations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key messages.
- Work with teams across departments to align messaging.
- Support campaigns and communication projects as needed.
- Maintain communication calendars and assist in project tracking.
- Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of integrated marketing communications strategies and related work plans, focusing on advocating for the needs and well-being of the destitute and seniors while fostering community growth.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to identify and address their communication needs through effective marketing communications across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Lead efforts to grow and maintain the brand and its online presence by developing and executing a cohesive marketing communications plan that spans both digital and offline platforms.
- Provide hands-on support for the ideation, launch, optimization, and performance reporting of marketing communications campaigns, particularly those related to fundraising and volunteer recruitment.
- Engage with and interview key stakeholders, both internal (team members) and external (beneficiaries, donors, volunteers), to gather insights and strengthen communications.
- Conduct market research and analyse findings to extract valuable insights and best practices that will enhance and inform ongoing and future strategies.
Working Hours:
- Willing to work a five-day week at Eunos Crescent, up to 44 hours per week.
