Driving Tester (Full Time)

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:30pm), Alternate Saturday (AM)
• Training: 1 month full‑time OJT
• Locations: Bukit Batok | Woodlands | Ubi

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving tests for all classes of licenses.
• Administer oral and theory tests to candidates.
• Assess candidates' driving skills and theoretical knowledge based on established guidelines.
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to candidates.
• Ensure all testing procedures are in full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and candidate information.
• Support the enhancement and improvement of testing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during testing sessions.
• Participate in regular training and professional development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 (manual) license, Class 2A for at least 3 years, and either Class 4 or Class 5 license.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly adhere to procedures.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to safety standards.
• Willing to undergo 1 month of full-time on-the-job training (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
