Account Manager, SG

An exciting Account Manager for an electronic components distributor has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong commercial experience in the electronics components sector.

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of the business in Singapore and Malaysia through new client acquisitions and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business and market opportunities to expand customer base.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
• To develop key markets strategically and systematically
• Understand clients’ needs and craft tailored solutioning to address them.
• To drive the sales and revenue of the business unit.
• Work closely with the internal teams for business facilitation.

To succeed in the Account Manager role, you will need strong experience in account management and deep understanding within the electronic components sector.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the Electronic Components industry.
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Well versed in full cycle of Account Management.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
