Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management:
Lead and manage technology projects involving IoT sensor deployment, infrastructure setup, and cross-system integration from initiation to closure.
  • Technical Consulting & Solutioning:
Provide expert input on IoT sensor technologies, network architecture, system compatibility, and deployment strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable implementations.
  • Project Planning & Governance:
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and lead weekly status updates with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and lead issue resolution across technical and operational teams.
  • Cutover & Implementation Planning:
Plan implementation runbooks, cut-over timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption during transitions.
  • IoT Integration Oversight:
Coordinate and validate integration of IoT sensors with backend systems, dashboards, or cloud platforms. Ensure data flow, reliability, and performance monitoring is in place.
  • IT Helpdesk Oversight:
Support helpdesk processes by coordinating resolution workflows, monitoring SLA compliance, and improving user issue tracking and escalation efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a liaison between technical teams (IT, IoT, cloud), end-users, helpdesk teams, and vendors to ensure timely communication and smooth execution.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:

Monitor IT and IoT spend against approved budgets. Track vendor deliverables and contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing technical projects, working experiences in the relevant field, involving IT solution, software, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, multitask, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A team player who is independent, patient and adaptable
