Senior Marketing Manager - Bukit Merah

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across social media, performance marketing, and branding etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

1. Performance Marketing:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

1. Branding:

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
• Create and execute brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility and reputation
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing efforts

1. Strategy and Planning:

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set marketing goals and objectives

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, performance marketing, and branding
• Proven track record of success in driving engagement, conversions, and brand growth
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Experience with performance marketing channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of video production and editing
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other marketing platforms
