[SINGAPORE FLYER] Banquet Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES
- Coordinate and execute the setup of banquets, ensuring a captivating atmosphere for guests.
- Provide hands-on assistance to actively support and coordinate various events.
- Arrange tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements for banquet events.
- Ensure timely and efficient setup according to event specifications.
- Guarantee the smooth flow of activities, upholding the high standards expected at the Singapore Flyer.
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout events, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist other F&B outlets whenever needed
- Able to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and service oriented and an excellent team player
- Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual will be a plus
