Project Engineer/ Coordinator (Fire Protection)
About the role
As a Project Engineer/Coordinator (Fire Protection) at CHAO SHENG FIRE PROTECTION WORKS PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of fire protection projects. This full-time position is based in the Bedok East Region and will involve overseeing the coordination and implementation of fire protection systems in various construction projects.
What you'll be doing- Coordinating the installation and testing of fire protection equipment and systems
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project compliance and timely completion
- Preparing project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Monitoring project budgets and costs to maintain financial control
- Identifying and resolving any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the project
- Providing technical support and guidance to the project team
- Ensuring the projects adhere to all relevant safety and quality standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or coordination role, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
