Work Schedule (44hrs/week):

  • 4 full days weekdays.
  • 2 half days (weekday, weekend).
  • 1 rest day on the Weekend!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, and kitchen areas.
  • Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, peeling, portioning ingredients).
  • Unload and organize food deliveries.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed during service.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • No formal qualifications required, though prior experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced, often hot and humid kitchen environments.
