Sales Operations Executive (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support the Sales and Business Operations team. The role covers tender submissions, compliance coordination, vendor and customer onboarding, documentation management, reporting, and general operational support.

• Support preparation and submission of government and commercial tenders within deadlines
• Perform compliance checks for potential and actual customer
• Manage vendor onboarding and customer onboarding processes
• Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures across business functions
• Maintain contract tracking records and document repositories in CLM Tools
• Prepare sales operations reports, forecasts, and performance tracking updates
• Manage and support Salesforce (SFDC) activities, including data accuracy, pipeline tracking, opportunity updates, and reporting- Support the sales team in updating, maintaining, and managing SFDC data accuracy
• Support SAP activities and manage invoice processing, ensuring accurate billing and alignment with internal records and customer requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or related disciplines. prefer 2-3 yrs experience
• Must know how to use SFDC and work on Excel spreadsheet experience
• Familiarity with tender portals, onboarding processes, and document handling preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
• Experience with SAP, procurement portals, or compliance systems is an advantage
