Job Descriptions:-
- Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes
- Perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required
- Support 5S and workplace safety practices
- Lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards
- Complete all required documentation and records for production
- Assist in basic electronics assembly tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 year of relevant experience or training
- Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is required
- Competent in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent
- Knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems is preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
- Open to work overtime when required
