Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fried dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all fried items.
• Monitor frying temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect results.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the fry station and kitchen area.
• Assist in food preparation, including marinating, battering, and seasoning.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Fry Cook/Chef or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of frying techniques, oil management, and food safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen.
