Job Scope:

• Prepare dishes following established recipes and menu standards.
• Ensure the quality, presentation, and hygiene of all food items, including roasted dishes.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to meet safety and sanitation standards.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of food and service.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow procedures, attend training, and assist in daily operations.

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen (washing dishes, cleaning counters, equipment, and floors)
• Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients (labeling, organizing in fridge/freezer
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support in plating, portioning, and serving when required

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant working experience.

Remuneration package differ for candidate who has only normal fnb experience and experience in japanese/ hotel restaurant
