About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established organisation at the forefront of Singapore's digital and regulatory landscape. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives shaping policy, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technology ecosystems.

You will play a key role in advising on complex legal and regulatory matters, contributing to the development of policies that support innovation, governance, and industry growth.

• Provide legal advisory on regulatory and policy matters across areas such as telecommunications, media, data governance, and competition frameworks
• Support the development and review of legislation, regulatory instruments, and policy initiatives
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation supporting organisational and industry initiatives
• Identify potential legal risks and implement effective risk management and governance frameworks
• Advise on contentious matters, including disputes, enforcement actions, and regulatory proceedings
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and admitted to the Singapore Bar
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience, gained in private practice and or in-house legal roles
• Experience in regulatory, TMT, ICT, or data protection matters will be advantageous
• Exposure to litigation or dispute resolution is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide practical legal solutions in a dynamic environment
