Construction Manager

Manage construction activities and progress independently

• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management
• Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
