Senior Manager / Manager, Payroll - Toa Payoh
The successful candidate will manage a payroll team, drive process optimization, and support system rollouts and digital transformation initiatives.

Description- Oversee and motivate the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable payroll processing across the organization.
- Uphold statutory requirements, company policies, and strict confidentiality of payroll data at all times.
- Identify process gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and streamline workflows to improve payroll efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead or support initiatives such as BCP, RPA, and digital enhancements to scale operations and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out SAP locally and regionally, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of payroll best practices, employment legislation, CPF, and tax regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
