Manager / Senior Manager – Startup Sourcing & Ecosystem Development

We are partnering with a key organisation driving Singapore’s digital innovation ecosystem to identify a Manager / Senior Manager to support startup sourcing, due diligence, and ecosystem partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with high-growth digital technology startups, founders, venture capital firms, and ecosystem partners to identify promising companies, evaluate their business potential, and support their expansion into regional and global markets.

Key responsibilities

Source and evaluate high-potential digital technology startups through ecosystem networks, accelerators, and industry platforms
Conduct market research and structured due diligence on emerging technology companies
Build relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
Support the growth and international expansion of promising technology companies
Prepare insights, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Ideal profile

5–8 years of experience in technology, venture capital, consulting, startup ecosystems, or ICT sectors
Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technologies
Strong analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable engaging founders, investors, and senior executives
