Technical Project Manager - Sanderson-iKas Singapore Pte Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met.
• Establish governance, organize meetings, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Define scope, identify dependencies, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project plan, budget, risks, and scope changes; communicate updates promptly.
• Promote continuous improvement and contribute to the project management community.

• Keep stakeholders informed and facilitate collaboration.
• Engage senior stakeholders professionally.

• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Complete required training and maintain role-relevant knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in banking.
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience managing medium-to-large agile or iterative projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (incl. MS Project).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and risk management skills.

• Project Management/Business Analyst certifications.
• Technical background and/or information security experience.
• Banking sector or business analysis experience.

• Proactive, analytical, and self-motivated.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Organized, adaptable, and culturally aware.
