Adecco is partnering with a well-established international bank to hire an Insurance Bancassurance Specialist, who will support its High Net Worth client segment. In this role, you will work closely with Premier Relationship Managers to deliver insurance solutions and provide technical support to clients, helping them meet their wealth protection and financial planning needs.

• Work alongside Premier Relationship Managers to provide product expertise and recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Join client meetings to support the consultative sales process.
• Build, maintain strong and long term client relationships.
• Provide product training and guidance to enhance team knowledge and skills.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking sales experience.
• Confident in leading discussions and presenting solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
