The Opportunity

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Office Agents, Host, Hostess, Captains, Waiters, Waitresses, and Cooks at our 5-star hotel located in the Central Region. As a key part of our Hospitality & Tourism team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

• Warmly welcome and greet guests, ensuring a positive first impression
• Provide attentive and professional table service, anticipating guests' needs
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests
• Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment
• Assist with food preparation and service in the kitchen as required
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to provide a seamless guest experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
