IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer - Bukit Batok
About the role
MattenPlant Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. This full-time role is based in the West Region and will play a crucial part in maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain secure IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, hardware and cloud platforms
- Oversee the migration and management of the Azure environment
- Administer and support the MS365 environment
- Proactively monitor and address cybersecurity threats to protect the organisation's data and systems
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure or Cybersecurity Engineer
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, firewalls, VPNs, and IT security tools
- Understanding of IT regulations, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly desirable
- Able to occasionally travel to regional offices
