Our client is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Equipment Maintenance: Keep semiconductor equipment running smoothly, ensuring consistent performance and minimal downtime.
- On-Site Support: Travel to customer sites to set up, test, and troubleshoot equipment, playing a crucial role in project completion.
- Preventive Care: Perform regular maintenance tasks to extend machine lifetimes and optimize performance.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your skills in diagnosing, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and software programming to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with customers and internal teams to quickly address equipment challenges and maintain high service quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation for efficient operations.
- Cleanroom Operations: Work safely in cleanroom environments, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize your technical knowledge and experience to aggressively tackle equipment issues and drive solutions.
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in foundry environments.
- Technical Background: A NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Equipment Expertise: Experienced with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing in a technical environment. Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing of FC-3100 semiconductor equipment.
- Safety Conscious: You understand the importance of adhering to safety protocols and regulations in a technical setting.
Other Information:
- Working Day: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6:30pm
- Location: Woodlands
- Salary: $4000 - $6500
