About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design, configuration, andsupport of Salesforce-based solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edgeSalesforce technologies, particularly Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio, whilecontributing to impactful projects that ensure system stability, scalability, and business alignment.

What You'll Do

Design and Build:

Create and configure Salesforce applications that meet complex business process andapplication requirements

Develop Solutions:

Enhance system functionality through strategic configurations and customdevelopment using Apex or Visualforce when needed

Leverage Omnistudio:

Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures,DataRaptors) to deliver scalable, efficient solutions

Manage Systems:

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, oversee releases, and maintainsystem stability

Drive Integration:

Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design of system integrations andcustomizations

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work with diverse teams to gather requirements, develop solutions,and implement enhancements

Ensure Quality:

Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance to guarantee high reliability andperformance

Share Expertise:

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders onSalesforce features and best practices

Stay Current:

Keep up with industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to continuouslyimprove system performance and team effectiveness

Certification (Must have at least one):

Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II

Or equivalent advanced-tier certification

Highly Preferred: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)

Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions

Beneficial:

Knowledge in Packaged Development Estimating

Packaged Application Integration experience

Software Platforms expertise
