Contract Duration: Immediate till 30 June 2027

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and authorities’ requirements
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project team on site matters and technical issues
Review and monitor shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project quality standards and timelines
Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site issues, and construction challenges
Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural progress
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Assist in resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) and site instructions
Support the project team in inspections, testing and commissioning processes
Maintain proper documentation and site records
Monitor Contractor’s Progress and report to the project team

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Preferably a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with prior experience as a Resident Architect or in a similar site-based role in Singapore
Good knowledge of local codes, regulations
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
