- $12/hour to $13.50/hour

Temp Admin Assistants to support various departments, available across HR, Operations & Senior Management Office functions.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to assigned departments
- Prepare reports, documents, data collation, billing and records management
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, scanning, filing and document processing
- Support procurement, claims, reporting and operational processes
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of records and documentation
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Diploma, A Levels, Undergraduate or Degree holders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Meticulous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or HR experience will be advantageous
- Multiple departments available
- Contract duration: 6 months / till Jan 2027
