UWCSEA East is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable – Accounts Specialist / Senior Accounts Specialist for a 1-year contract with an immediate start. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Accountant, you will ensure timely, compliant, and efficient management of outgoing supplier payments.

Your role is essential in maintaining high financial standards that directly support our international school community and mission.
The Day-to-Day- Process and record supplier invoices, credit notes, and student payment transactions daily.
- Execute 3-way system matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate vendor payment runs and perform comprehensive Vendor Master updates.
- Manage petty cash transactions, reconciliations, and vendor Statement of Account reviews.
- Address inquiries professionally from external vendors and internal college stakeholders.
- Minimum ACCA Level 2, Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of dedicated accounts payable or general accounting experience.
- Highly organized team player proficient in Excel, with SAGE Finance knowledge preferred.
