Role:
Quantity Surveyor (Training Provided / Up to $4000)- Working Location: 60 Benoi Road #01-10 Singapore 629906 (Joo Koon)
- 5 days (Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm)
- Salary: $2,800 - $4,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepares sales order and quotation.
- Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
- Reviewing tender and contract documents.
- Other QS functions as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
- At least 3 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm / Entry level are welcome too
- Preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing.
