We are seeking a Finance Manager who will oversee all financial aspects of the business and help us stay on top of our financial health – especially in the area of cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Provide actionable financial insights to support key business decisions
✔ Proven experience as a Finance Manager (distribution or trading industry experience a plus)
✔ Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a finance team
✔ In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, financial principles, and accounting standards
✔ Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred)
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
