About the Internship:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our teachers have the high-quality materials they need to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development & Curation:
• Assist in the research, creation, and refinement of educational materials for teachers, including lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, activity guides, and assessment tools, aligning with [e.g., MOE curriculum, specific subject areas, or company pedagogical approaches].
• Review, edit, and proofread existing educational content for accuracy, clarity, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support the adaptation of content for various learning styles and diverse student needs.
• Teacher Resource Management:
• Organize and categorize teaching materials within internal platforms and databases to ensure easy accessibility for educators.
• Help develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of teacher resources, including best practices, teaching strategies, and supplementary materials.
• Teacher Feedback & Improvement:
• Gather and analyze feedback from teachers on the usability and effectiveness of educational materials.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and enhancement of content based on teacher input and student performance data.
• Technology & Platform Support:
• Familiarize yourself with and assist teachers in utilizing our AI-powered learning platform and other educational technology tools.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical queries related to accessing or using teaching materials on our digital platforms.
• Support the integration of new content types or features into the platform.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to the Education/Curriculum team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Humanities, STEM, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the education sector, EdTech, and curriculum development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or content creation is a plus.
