A well known family office is looking to hire fund operations analyst to join a team. You will be responsible for the following Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with investment advisors/managers, brokers, auditors. Assisting in the onboarding of new funds and KYC checks on investors. Setup of new funds in the fund accounting system. Review of funds’ PPM and subscription documents.

Conduct periodic reviews of fund operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Bachelor of accounting with 6 to 8 years of total work experience in fund administrators or working with a fund manager in the operations team. Proficient in reviewing fund NAV documents.
