Commercial & Financial Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Financial Analyst / Corporate Finance Analyst with at least 5 years of working experience in the audit, accounting, finance, corporate law, or corporate finance sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to interpret commercial contracts effectively.
What you'll be doing
Commercial & Financial Analyst role:- Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive financial presentation decks for stakeholders.
- Review, interpret, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Evaluate financial performance and assist in investment decisions.
- Prepare financial models and projections to support business strategies.
- Conduct valuation analysis and assess capital structure alternatives.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions by analyzing potential deals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial, law, or corporate finance.
- Proven ability to create impactful financial presentations reports
- Strong understanding of contract terms and legal implications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
